As evidence of the centrality that we recognize to training as a pillar of any company project and vision, in more recent years we have also acquired all the shares of the historic cooking school for foreigners ICIF – Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners – born from the passion of a group of prestigious chefs Italians and professionals in the sector, with the dual objective of promoting Italian cuisine and products, and of training catering professionals from all over the world. A know-how ained in 30 years of work which today is measured in over 8000 graduates who hold high-level positions in the kitchens of the most prestigious accommodation and hotel facilities and in more than 150 teachers who guarantee excellent courses in the field of Italian cuisine and oenology, Gluten-free cuisine, pastry, pizza, chocolate, and ice cream processing.
