Over the years we have always remained consistent with our choice: a traditional cuisine that brings to the table only the best local products and the most peculiar food and wine traditions of Piedmont and the regions of Italy. In all this time we have trained and selected kitchen and dining room staff that reflect our values, managed an international cooking school for foreigners \u2013 ICIF, <strong>Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners<\/strong> \u2013 and created the Arro Coffee format in London.
