25 years have passed since 1997 when Le Quattro Stagioni opened its doors to its customers for the first time. Over the years we have always remained consistent with our choice: a traditional cuisine that brings to the table only the best local products and the most peculiar food and wine traditions of Piedmont and the regions of Italy. IIn all this time we have trained and selected kitchen and dining room staff that reflect our values, managed an international cooking school for foreigners – ICIF, Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners – and created the Arro Coffee format in London. In the most difficult years for world catering, we invested in the renovation of new spaces to expand historic headquarters in Saluzzo, which since 2022 opened to the public with a bright open kitchen, two new cellars – one with a more traditional concept, and one with a strong modern imprint linked to the world of design – and an internal workshop with Casa Sassone brand products. under the Casa Sassone brand.
