Everything that arrives on your tables is made in our kitchen and laboratory: from bread to desserts, from panettone to pizza, up to fresh pasta. A place equipped with cutting-edge equipment, where our brigade, which deals with white art and pastry, produces and experiments, often under the supervision of visiting professors from the ICIF professional cooking school.
