Over the years we have selected the best Italian oils not only for their organoleptic qualities but also for the methods of cultivation and production, with a view to bringing sustainable products from all points of view to our tables.
In doing so, we have traveled throughout our peninsula selecting for each region oils with different organoleptic characteristics capable of perfecting the many preparations that distinguish our menu: from fish dishes to vegan salads, from soups to various cuts of meat.
All our oils, therefore, have unique characteristics and are available both for tasting on-site and for purchase.
