The experiences gained at the European level in more than thirty years of work have taught us the subtle art of international hospitality. A way of experiencing catering and hospitality made of attention to detail, gestures, and furnishings. All those components contribute to creating a guest experience that you will want to repeat again, perhaps choosing from the many proposals on our menu or from the fascinating locations of the historic Saluzzo building that hosts us. Our greatest wish is that you can feel like our guests, like family, like at home. A principle that is so central to our vision that we have decided to link it to the brand name: Le Quattro Stagioni di Casa Sassone.

It starts with the selection of products and suppliers and passes through the correct management of orders and menus, up to the choice of systems and energy sources. For this reason, during the last restructuring, we acted on several fronts: a certified and transparent supply chain, new generation systems that make it possible to reduce energy consumption and emissions and significantly improve the quality of the working environments, and prices designed to guarantee everyone access to what we like to call “sustainable luxury”.

Inclusivity
Inclusiveness is the value that more than any other has marked our menus since the 90s. At Le Quattro Stagioni you can find dishes suited to every dietary need. Starting from those “without”: gluten-free, lactose-free, and without animal products (vegan).
Since 2001 we have been part of the network of certified AIC – Italian Celiac Association and in our menu, 80% of the products are naturally gluten-free.
We are trained to meet the needs of any type of customer: the experience gained in the management of Expos, an international brigade, and continuous updating courses have put us in contact with the needs of every type of culture.
